Hardware
Most repairs performed in house are completed within 72 hours. If I have to order a part, it will take a little longer, so be patient. But I’ll tell you when I expect the part to arrive and the repair job to be finished.
I’ll give you a repair estimate before I start to work. If the problem is more extensive, I’ll call/email you with a revised estimate before we go any further. My labour rate is £40 per hour.
Hardware and software configuration support is available for laptops.
Inssurance
I also prepare damage estimates for insurance claims. The fee for this service is £45, which is applied to the cost of any repair service I am awarded by the insurance company claim department.
Upgrade
Upgrades are available – OSX Leopard and Snow Leopard for Mac. Ring me for a free upgrade quote.
Peripherals
Due to differences in technology and restrictions on parts availability, I do not repair monitors or printers. Please consult the appropriate manufacturer for an authorized service centre.
